Teeth are a part of us. If the teeth are healthy, their well-being is reflected in the overall well-being of the body. Likewise, infected teeth can have a negative effect on your body's health - or other diseases in the body can endanger the health of the teeth. Changes in oral mucosa can also harm your well-being.
In order to recognise such changes in good time and to treat them appropriately, a regular visit to the dentist at an advanced age is at least as important as a close-meshed check-up with your family doctor.
